At Grizzy Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy to make returns as easy as possible.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.
You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Enjoy FREE shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat rate of $14.95 applies.
4. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not been received within 25 days from the shipment date, please contact us immediately. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue, as they retain tracking details for a limited time.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, please be aware that shipping times may vary due to external factors like weather or peak postal periods.
